A four day weekend + the excuse of Easter to eat copious amounts of chocolate + spring time has sprung = happiness. It's rainy as I write this but think the weather is meant to be getting better from tomorrow which will make for a couple of nice days out, our first BBQ of the year {having 12 over for lunch on Sunday and I can't be dealing with pots and pans so while it won't be warm enough to eat outside we can cook outdoors!} and good for Easter egg hunting weather in the garden! What have you got planned?

Have a lovely Easter weekend. We're having lunch at The Grove Hotel today with some family, then a day of garden jobs tomorrow I think and making the annual Nest cake, Easter Sunday for a garden egg hunt with the little one's in the morning and preparing for hosting our big dinner {I'm going to put little Lindt bunnies on each place setting and make a hot cross bun and butter pudding}, then go out somewhere nice on Monday I think. And it goes without saying that we'll be demolishing lots of chocolate eggs. Yum.

Can we have a Good Friday every week??
